Constitutional Priorities

Chantal Hébert: Moreover, I suspect that, well, most Canadians, or a majority, would like to get rid of the monarchy for instance. If you asked people who are interested in constitutional change to list their priorities of what they would like to accomplish, if we were able to do that, the monarchy would not come at the top of very many lists.
Indeed, it’s not even on my list!
